Main Features and Benefits - BJVP Internal Gear Pump - 0.1~16 Bar
Overview:
The internal gear pump working principle is simple and they are
compacted with a limited number of moving parts. They are unable to
match the pressure generated by responding pumps or the flow rates
of centrifugal pumps, but they offer higher pressures and
throughputs than lobe or vane pumps. Internal gear pumps have
better suction abilities than external gear pumps and are more
suited to high viscosity fluids. Because the output is directly
proportional to rotational speed, internal gear pumps are commonly
used for metering and blending operations. The low internal volume
provides for a reliable measure of liquid passing through a pump
and hence accurate flow control.

Lubricants, Fuel Oil, Grease, Asphalt, Bitumen,
Gluse,Polymer,Resin,Chemical Fiber, Coatings, Detergents, High
viscosity product or high temperature product.
