Overview:
BJVP Pigging System specializes in the manufacturing of of
equipment designed to recover product from pipelines at the end of
a product run.
The system can be retrofitted into a customer's existing pipelines,
eliminating the need for long radius bends. The pig pushes the
product to the filler or receiving tank. The pigging system
increases yields from the recovery of product at the end of the run
and eliminates product run-off at start-up. Effluent is reduced, as
the product is filled directly into the final package and not lost
to the drain. Faster changeovers ensure that there is no waiting
for product to drain, as well as fewer washouts.
